•Be on time. You will not be admitted once class has begun.
•Print your name legibly on the sign-in sheet before doing anything else.
•Mats are required in the yoga classroom. We rent them for $2.00 or you may purchase them for $30.
•Leave your belongings against the wall in the hall or in the locker room. No shoes, bags or extra clothes are allowed in the studio room.
•Bring a plastic bag to take home your wet yoga clothes.
•If you are pregnant, you must tell the teacher each time you come to class. If you have an injury, or have had surgery recently speak with the teacher prior to class.
•Dress appropriately: shorts or speedo for men, shorts and sport top or leotard for women. Long sleeves and pants aren’t suggested.
•Our studio is a “cell phone free zone.” Please complete your calls before you come into the studio and turn off your phone during class time. They aren’t allowed in the classroom, and please no talking on them in the locker rooms or lobby. Go outside and use them. Emergencies accepted. Pagers are allowed in the classroom only for doctors, or other emergency purposes.
•Do not walk through the class during postures. If you come in after the class has started, you must wait in the back of the classroom, until a break (Savasana).
•When finding a spot in the classroom, do so quietly; put the center of your mat on the line and be considerate of those around you. Do not block another person’s view of the mirror.
•Absolutely NO talking in the classroom.
•Please try and remain in the class the entire 90 minutes. This is for your benefit, as well as the other students in the class.
•When going in or out of the classroom, do so quietly.
•After the class, leave the yoga room silently, and allow your fellow students to enjoy their final relaxation Savasana at the end of class.
•We are not responsible for any belongings you leave behind. Lost and Found is collected weekly.
Other Notes of Interest
•No talking in the classroom. Be quiet in the change rooms and lobby. Respect your fellow yogis.
•We will not re-add expired classes. If your class membership expires, you will need to buy a new one, or pay drop in fee for class.
•We sell books, cds, and clothes to further your Bikram Yoga practice, as well as share the yoga with others. We also sell beverages, mats, and have gift certificates available for classes and merchandise.
•Remember to bring a water bottle and do not eat 2-4 hours before class. We sell waters for $1-0.5 L, $3-1.5L.
•All checks require a valid driver’s license. NO EXCEPTIONS. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
Unlimited memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extendable. They cannot be shared. No exceptions.
•You must bring your own mat to every class. If you do not have one, we rent them for $2 and we sell them for $30.
