At Bikram Yoga Agoura Hills, we are dedicated to helping you take control of your life both physically and mentally by obtaining optimum fitness, health and well-being while discovering new levels of energy and improving stress management in your daily life.

Also known as "hot yoga," Bikram Yoga was developed by Bikram Choudhury and all classes are 90 minutes in length, in a room heated to 105 F. Every class is suitable for beginners and advanced students, and is comprised of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises.
